Most days, I sit at my desk at home with bad posture.
Over the last week, I’ve had painful lower back pain. The few days I ran, that seemed to help.
Yesterday, I worked outside with dad all day shoveling, digging, skid-steering, etc.
This seems to have fixed my back pain.
It seems that work that involves natural body movements, instead of basically just the movements of eyes and fingers, is good for you.
